I’ve always been passionate about connecting with people—whether through uncovering their stories or amplifying their voices. As a strong woman in IT and business journalism, I bring decades of expertise to every interaction. I started my journalism career in 1997, driven by a love for meaningful conversations, where I could pull out the moments that resonate and invite others into someone’s world.
When I ventured into the world of events in 2010, alongside my writing, it became a natural extension of my passion for storytelling and connection. Long before event hosting and moderating became mainstream, I was in the trenches, having these conversations and inspiring leaders.
Today, I’m proud to be the designated MC at numerous premier events, where I take the lead in hosting, moderating, and theming. I craft the entire narrative, from writing intros and scripts to preparing thoughtful panel questions. I liaise directly with panellists, ensuring they feel supported and ready to shine. I also prepare all event content and contribute to audience acquisition efforts, leveraging my extensive network of C-suite executives and tech leaders.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with hundreds of major tech companies to deliver events that blend storytelling and connection. Whether it’s hosting executive roundtables, speaking at awards dinners, or leading networking events and conferences, I’ve cultivated a signature ability to create impactful experiences.
From curating the CIO50 and Women in ICT to moderating panel discussions, I’ve been called an influencer—long before the term became part of our everyday lexicon. Often the only woman in the room, I’ve consistently fostered dialogue, drawn out diverse voices, and architected countless successful events, ranging from high-powered roundtables to large-scale summits and glamorous gala dinners.
Every roundtable lunch is, to me, a storytelling adventure—a perfect blend of thought leadership, peer learning, and meaningful networking. It’s a space to listen deeply, share openly, and leave feeling inspired, validated, and equipped with fresh insights.
